The Riverview Marketplace pavilion opened for business in the Summer of 2009. Lyn Smith developed conceptual through final design, and specifications for the open-air market along Kennedy Drive in Putnam. The Marketplace pavilion was developed to provide an attractive, accommodating venue for local vendors and customers of the seasonal farmers’ market in addition to serving as a gathering place for special events sponsored by the Town. This high-profile project was funded through the USDA and a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
